Volume Three was created from a shared vision between Erin Stewart and Leila Dahmah, two artists passionate about elevating both the client experience and the hairstyling industry.
After years of building independent careers, we knew there was something more. We wanted to create a space that not only delivers exceptional, modern hair, but also supports stylists in building sustainable, fulfilling careers.
Volume Three represents that next chapter, the third stage where artistry, education, and independence come together. It’s more than a salon; it’s a space designed for growth, connection, and elevated experiences for both clients and professionals.
Meet Erin
Erin Stewart has been in the beauty industry for over 11 years and is deeply passionate about the connections she builds with each of her clients. For Erin, the chair is more than a place for hair, it’s a space where people can feel seen, heard, and supported.
She specializes in creating low-maintenance, high-impact color that enhances her clients’ natural beauty while fitting effortlessly into their everyday lives.
As the co-owner of Volume Three Salon, Erin is proud to help create a space rooted in intention. Where the environment is peaceful, the culture is supportive, and stylists can grow together while providing an elevated experience for every guest.
Meet Leila
From being a young girl watching hair and makeup tutorials in her bedroom to now creating hairstyles for her clients, the passion for the beauty industry has always been there! Leila Dahmah has been in the industry since 2017 and has worked in many different salon environments and held various roles throughout her career. These various experiences have allowed her to really create the salon environment she believes to be what hairstylists need to thrive in this industry!
Behind the chair she specializes in soft dimensional hair color, weft hair extensions, and long layered haircuts. She also has extensive knowledge of natural texture and makes maintaining the health of the clients hair her main priority!
As co-owner of volume three salon she not only is behind the chair servicing clients but has a passion for mentoring young stylists in the industry and cultivating a salon environment where everyone can prosper!
Meet Kristen
Kristen has been creating beautiful hair since 2010 and has a passion for blonding and low-maintenance color. She loves helping her clients achieve hair that looks effortlessly beautiful both in the salon and long after they leave.
As a mom to a busy little boy, Kristen understands how important it is for clients to feel relaxed, cared for, and confident during their appointment. Her goal is for you to love your hair from the moment you walk out the door until your next visit, even on those dry shampoo and messy bun days.

Meet Devyn
Devyn is a bubbly, outgoing hairstylist who loves helping her guests feel confident while creating a fun, personalized salon experience. Since graduating from cosmetology school in 2018, she has specialized in effortless, lived-in color and dimensional brunettes, creating beautiful, low-maintenance hair that enhances each guest’s natural beauty.
Originally from Wisconsin, Devyn enjoys spending her time outdoors camping, golfing, coaching youth girls hockey, and making memories with family and her two pets, Renegade and Muenster.
Whether you’re looking for a complete transformation or a subtle refresh, Devyn is passionate about helping every guest achieve their hair goals while making them feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.
Meet Jazmine
Jazmine has been in the beauty industry for nearly 16 years, specializing in extensions, color, and precision cutting. After years of independently renting a salon suite, she’s excited to bring her business to Volume Three Salon and be part of a collaborative, creative team environment again.
Known for her warm personality and passion for helping clients feel confident, Jazmine values building lasting relationships both inside and outside of the salon. When she’s not behind the chair, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter Everly, family, live music, travel, and trying new restaurants.
Meet Emma
Emma has been in the hair industry for nearly 7 years, specializing in men’s grooming and precision haircutting. Her approach focuses on creating intentional, personalized cuts that complement face shape, texture, and grow out naturally between appointments.
Passionate about combining creativity with detail-oriented work, Emma values building genuine connections with the people in her chair. Inspired by art, music, fitness, nature, and personal expression, she brings a thoughtful and modern approach to beauty and style.
Meet Julia
Julia has been in the hair industry for 5 years and is passionate about helping people feel confident, beautiful, and truly like themselves through their hair. She loves building genuine connections with her clients and creating a relaxed, welcoming experience where everyone feels comfortable in her chair.
During her career, Julia also took a unique detour working as a hair transplant technician, where she gained valuable insight into hair and scalp health from a medical perspective. This experience deepened her understanding of hair and allows her to approach her work with both creativity and knowledge.
Julia believes great hair should feel effortless and personalized. She focuses on enhancing natural beauty and creating looks that fit seamlessly into each client’s lifestyle. Her goal is simple: for every client to leave her chair feeling refreshed, confident, and excited about their hair.
